Anyone else loving the rain?

I sure am!
But I wish it would rain a little more around here.
The rain has made everything so beautiful and green.
(this is the town where I love. Right there in the top left of the photo)
I love it.

Camp Big Springs

Dustyn works up at Camp Big Springs during part of the summer. Here are some pictures of him and some other staff members in action.

Got Milk?

Most people go cow tippin'.

Around here, we're all about the cow stripin'.
As you can see, there were a few we hadn't got to yet.

But seriously, isn't that the coolest field of cows you have ever seen?

33? Could it really be?

Look who had a birthday today!
I love you my Englebert.
Thank you for being my most favorite person. Ever.

Happy Birthday to my cute friend Arianne! And my mom too! Did I mention it was Uncle Matt's birthday yesterday? :)

The future of email.

This is really cool. I seriously can't wait. :)
It's really long, but if you watch the product demonstration at the beginning, you'll get the general idea.

It's stuck in my head!

Does anyone else love commercials just for the music?
Every year I find a new song that I love.

Does anyone else love the new Lagoon Amusement Park Commercial song?

I decided to see if I could figure out what the song was.
Turns out it's Sonnet, "You're So Good For Me"
AND you can download the whole song for free on the Lagoon website! Yay!

Does anyone else like this song?

p.s.

look how beautiful the clouds where yesterday.

Our last chance to say goodbye.

sorry for any who missed out on this fabulous deal.

He's a professional.

My dad planted us some tomatoes!
They started looking really good today!
Can't wait!

You never know what you are going to find at our house...

As we were cleaning up the back yard today, Dustyn was walking across a rock area when his foot fell through. Huh?

Oh lovely.
What now?

We start investigating. Turns out it's all weak and falling through.
What the?

So we start moving rocks and digging. (We meaning Dustyn)
(Oh and have I mentioned that our ENTIRE yard seems like it is covered in rocks? The previous owners must have adored rocks!)

Here is what we found.
At first we could only see a few of them and joked about it being a truck frame.
Hoping all along it wasn't anything we didn't want to see.
(Our house has a lot of stories.)

We decided it was time to call on Mr. Kubota to help us out.
Okay?
Why in the world?
(do we even ask questions any more)

As far as we can tell it is a truck trailer frame (like a hay trailer) or something. I dunno.

Weird.

We thought about putting it in the front yard with a for sale sign on it.
"Don't know what it is, but you must see it to appreciate it! - Hurry Fast! Best offer takes all!"

It's About Love

The new LDS Family Services Adoption site is up and running!
It's About Love
The new website is amazing!
There has been a lot of hard work put into the site and there are a lot of great resources. Feel free to click around and check it out.

You can find our profile by searching our names. (or one or the other)
You can also find it here.

What?

What's that you say?

Oh.

You mean you noticed?

You noticed that our profile is void of pictures?

Why yes, yes we do have photos on our profile.

They are really great ones.

And I hope the next time you click on our profile they will have been approved and show up! We were hoping they would show up before the site went live.
*crossing fingers*
Here's hoping it's soon.

Real soon.

(yes, call me impatient. We've been waiting quite awhile for them.)

FREE hot tub!

First come, first serve.

Come pick it up, it's yours.

Free of charge.

Yep, that's right.

Free.

All parts are included.

I don't think we will even miss it.

*Sorry to those of you who stalled. It's now GONE!*

60 Years

My grandparents recently had their 60th wedding anniversary.
Over Memorial Day weekend we had a celebration in their honor.
The family. 7 kids. Lots of grandchildren.
Sadly, not everyone could be there.
My grandpa has been really sick for the past year or so.
He has been going through Chemo to try to help fight the blood disease. It's been rough on him. Real rough. My grandmother has been taking care of him but will soon be having her knee replaced. Hoping and praying for a quick recovery.

Have you seen this yet?

It gets me excited.

Give oh give, oh giveaway.

Are you a Scentsy fan?

Evonne is.
She just had a party.
And now she wants to give away something to you!
Go and enter here!

Oh... and what are some of your favorite Scentsy scents?
I need some suggestions.
I like more citrus, woodsy smells. Not so much the food or flower smells.
Anyone? Anyone?
