Library
The past few days (since last Thursday) I have been subbing in the Library. It has been. . . I won't lie. . . Boring!! Really I have been sitting around for a week with nothing to do. I have been so bored that when I try to read I just fall asleep! It is so hard not to fall asleep when I have nothing to do. I did however decide to jump on the band wagon and read
"Twilight".
It was actually good. I didn't know how much I would like it and with all the hype, there were some high expectation placed on it!! But I finished it in one school day. Yesterday and today I tried to start reading
"New Moon" but after about 100 pages I kept falling asleep (well close anyways). It wasn't that I was bored of the book, just bored of the library and of course staying up all night making suckers. I was quite upset because I am actually excited to read it. I was quite surprised.
It has been a long exhausting week and I have no idea why. I think it is just because I am not use to sitting and doing nothing for so long. It take a lot to do nothing. But I have been so tired this week and that doesn't help the trying not to fall asleep part! But it has been fun too. Occasionally I have a student come in so I have someone to talk to or just something to do. I am sure if I were a real Librarian I would have a TON to do. But I'm not. I am only a sub!

The Guardian by Nicholas Sparks
Today I subbed for an English class in the Middle School and it was reading day all day. Let's just say I finished my 500 page book today! Yipee!! Actually I only read about 400 pages of it today and 100 pages yesterday.

Of course it turned out to be a great book which I would recommend to anyone wanting an intense love story... but don't read it when you are home alone. Okay?
Now what to read next? I need a library card again!
