i love watching babies learn how to walk.


oh, and he looooves his blanket. :)

when he is suppose to be sleeping...

there isn't much sleeping going on.

For the past few days we have heard this over and over and over again.


I was hoping i would catch him in action, but I wasn't quiet enough, I guess.
He opens that little green door and shuts it. Over and over. Of course I could turn off the sound, but that's no fun. He probably did it for half of an hour yesterday. It made me laugh. I guess he has gotten bored of it today. I've tried several times to get a video of it.

Oh yes. Don't forget the teeth marks where he tried succeeded in taking a bite out of the crib. Awesome.

We can't wait until spring when we can go outside and really play in the sun.

We finally made Gage's room more age appropriate. It's nice to have somewhere for him to play without too many things he can get in to. He's a very curious little boy. He loves to bang on the wood floors. Soon, he'll have real carpet in his room. Hooray!

I guess you could say he is no longer an infant. :)

Okay, he loves to LICK everything. It's is hilarious!

He knows he's cute.

He can't quite pull himself all the way up, but he's close. He seems to fall through the slats every time. He doesn't seem to mind the bump to the head.




Once we help him up, he's sure proud. And excited.

I love his after-christmas-special jammies. They make him look so grown up.

Gage's hair is getting long again. It is quite coarse and quite curly. The top refuses to lay down.

A few days ago I put some baby oil in it to try to get it to go down and little bit. Usually it works quite well. Well not that day. All it wanted to do was stick up, so that is what we did. It's quite cute and funny.

Gage loved spending time with Dad playing video games while Dustyn was on Christmas break. (a HUGE benefit of being a teacher!) He even got his own chair and his own controller.
