More Snow!

It is seriously snowing! And big wet flakes at that. It's sorta fun! :) I bet we'll have a few inches in the morning.

Nice thing about tomorrow, it's State Basketball and SSHS plays in the AM, so they decided not to start school until 11:30. Nice! We so get to sleep in! Yay! I am excited!

But for right now - my feet are FREEZING! They are always ICE cold. It is pretty painful. I try to put socks on or put a blanket on and that just makes them clammy and even colder! Oh the dilemmas! It's a good thing Dustyn lets me warm my feet on his. And don't worry, he LOVES it.

Another random issue that I have with my feet . . . when I want to go to sleep, they start itching like CRAZY! They never itch any other time, just when I am laying down to sleep. It is like unbearable itching too! So annoying! I spend at least an hour scratching them and trying to let it calm enough so I can quickly fall asleep before I go crazy. It drives me nuts. It just started about a year ago, but I can't find anything to relieve it. I don't have any dry patches, or athletes foot or anything. They just don't like me to sleep.

Anyone have any suggestions? I would be more than happy to help my feet out. I would love to fall asleep an hour earlier! :P Until then, I will survive! :)

You don't have a very good blood flow. I just read something on cold feet this past week. I'll look for it. Itching? You maybe experiencing some nerve damage from your back. (I know how that is!) Or it is your planter flacsitis that is trying to heal when you lay down.
Or what do you step on before you go to bed?

It was so Beautiful outside when I took the trash can to the curb. It was really bright for 9:pm. The snow was comming down so large (Flakes) and fast. I was covered before I got back into the house.

Bradley RN thinks it could be a circulation problem. You might want to ask the doctor about it.

Yup...definitely sounds like a circulation problem. Maybe you can get Dustyn to give you a foot massage right befor you go to bed. :) Or you could try soaking them in warm water. Just a suggestion.

Hey Kamie,
You are so cute. I will check your blog a ton, I just barely started mine, but it is fun to see everyone. Hope all is well, Becca

Why does Cedar keep getting overlooked during all these snow storms? AHH! I want a good storm!

Well we haven't really had over 2 inches yet this year - and only a few storms . . . so really I was thinking the same thing about Richfield! :)

I don't have any medical training whatsoever, but my feet do the same thing! I've found that if I rub them with a really moisturizing lotion right before bed that really helps!
